The older-style decor added a charming touch, and the spacious layout was perfect for relaxation. The added bonus of a couch that served as an extra bed was a highlight for flexibility. Proximity to city shops made it convenient to explore local spots, enhancing my overall experience.
Despite this minor inconvenience, the positives far outweighed the negatives.

I had a pleasant stay at the Alcala, where I appreciated the friendly staff who assisted with my bags upon arrival. The upgraded one-bedroom apartment was a thoughtful touch, providing more space for my family. I enjoyed the clean and cozy atmosphere, along with the convenient location near several attractions. The breakfast service was easy to arrange and quite tasty, making our mornings enjoyable.
Noisy neighbors disrupted my sleep 😴. just okay.

Handy to CBD but with good parking, ample space and confort and easy access.
Better lighting in rooms would help.

Overall rooms were big size and had a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave oven and a fridge. The services were friendly, offered us very GOOD free Wi-Fi.

The spacious family apartment offered a decent-sized kitchen and separate toilet, quite convenient. The wall heater kept the place warm, even on a cold day.
Showers were really disappointing. The pressure was weak, and the fixed shower head was too low for anyone taller than 6 feet. Parking was a pain, as spaces weren't guaranteed, and I had to park on the street, leaving me wondering about potential towing issues. The overall vibe felt dated, and I noticed some cleanliness issues in the shower area.

Parking was a nightmare with trailers and boats taking up space. I had to circle the lot a few times, and even when I got a spot, it felt cramped. Arriving early definitely seemed like a must!

The spacious family apartment provided a comfortable stay with friendly staff always ready to assist. The option for breakfast delivered to the room was a fantastic treat, and the overall cleanliness was commendable. The steep steps to the mezzanine could be challenging for those with young children, and the parking situation was somewhat limited. Shower pressure left much to be desired, which detracted from the experience.

Lovely helpful staff. Room very large (but a little dated in fittings and decor). Very close to university which suited us and only a 10 minute walk from the city.
Shower was poor - bad water pressure and as it was above a bath had to bend knees to get under shower head. Heater in room worked well but was noisy.
