missingWrote a review on 08 Marspacious apartmentdecent kitchenweak showers
The spacious family apartment offered a decent-sized kitchen and separate toilet, which was quite convenient. The wall heater kept the place warm, even on a cold day.
Showers were really disappointing. the pressure was weak, and the fixed shower head was too low for anyone taller than 6 feet. Parking was a pain, as spaces weren't guaranteed, and I had to park on the street, leaving me wondering about potential towing issues. The overall vibe felt dated, and I noticed some cleanliness issues in the shower area.

The spacious family apartment provided a comfortable stay with friendly staff always ready to assist. The option for breakfast delivered to the room was a fantastic treat, and the overall cleanliness was commendable. the steep steps to the mezzanine could be challenging for those with young children, and the parking situation was somewhat limited. Shower pressure left much to be desired, which detracted from the experience.

Parking situation needs addressing!!! Limited spaces leave guests wondering about potential towing!!! Narrow stairs to attic feel unsafe!!! Shower pressure disappoints, and bathroom features could use a thorough upgrade!!!

perfect base for exploring parks and landmarks in dunedin
I really enjoyed my stay as the place was super close to the Good Earth Cafe, just a few steps away, making it an ideal stop for a morning coffee before heading out for a stroll through the beautiful Woodhaugh Gardens, which is only about 800 meters away and provided a lovely green space to relax in between my city adventures.

the location is amazin, realy close to town and otago polytechnic. we had two rooms side by side which was super cool and had lots of space. the beds were pretty comfy and heating worked great. the lady at reception was really nice and helpful. enjoyed leaving our car there even after check out.
the stairs to the mezzanine are super narrow and kinda scary. also, the hot water ran out pretty quick after two showers.
